Shaft and Rail Assemblies
LEE LINEAR Shaft and Rail Assemblies are available without length limiation. These assemblies utilize 60 Plus®, 52100 Tubular or 440C precision hardened and ground linear Pre-drilled shafting combined with pre-drilled “SR” support rails. Assemblies are shipped ready for installation.
Shaft and Rail Systems
LEE LINEAR has combined the shaft and “SR” rail assemblies to offer systems which include the linear LEE Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks. Also available are shafts with “SB” support blocks on both ends with Roller Bearing Pillow Blocks. The systems come with two single pillow blocks, two double pillow blocks, or one twin pillow block per system. In addition, a line of Precision Plus, and Teflon® composite pillow blocks are available.
Slides and Slide Systems
When searching for a complete pre-engineered slide table, LEE LINEAR has just the item! The LEE Full Slide. The LEE Full Slide incorporates two shafts, a precision ball screw, a preloaded ball nut, and a carriage plate. All items are matched and adjusted to provide a quality slide table at a reasonable cost. For applications requiring a drive with a cylinder or actuator, we offer the LEE Basic Slide. The LEE Basic Slide again has all matched components, and is not supplied with any drive system.
LEE LINEAR offers a variety of Shaft Supports, and has re-engineered these products to enhance their quality and functionality.
