Carriage Plates
For those wishing to build their own slide unit, LEE offers standard carriage plates which incorporate various mountings and the provision to mount another plate or axis to the carriage plate. They may be purchased alone or with bearings mounted and aligned. Available for ½”, ¾” 1” and 1½” linear bearings.
Carriage Locks
To complete your design we offer the LEE Linear Carriage Locks. These mechanical stops mount to your pillow blocks and actually float so no stress is applied to the bearing. When you move the carriage to the location you want to park, a simple turn of the thumb wheel will lock the carriage in place. There is no marring to the shafting as all contact is made via the brass contacts.
Nema Mounts
The Nema motor mounts are available for mounting to LEE Full Slide Table. These mounts allow direct bolt up of the Nema pattern motor to Lee Full Slide table. Manufactured from aluminum for corrosion resistance.
“LSG” Guides
Another ingenious accessory is the LEE LINEAR “LSG” Guides. The “LSG” Guides are LSR” support rails with matching shafts that have through hole with counterbores on each side of the shaft. When shaft wear becomes evident, you can turn the shaft 180° to provide new surfaces for the bearing. This guide offers twice the life of competitors!
